He was 0-5 over hurdles and didn’t score from four chase attempts last season, but runner-up efforts at Warwick and Catterick showed he was improving. He unseated Sean Bowen at Bangor in March after being sent off 5/4, and with plenty of schooling since, he resumes off the same mark and looks ready to raise his game.
